Refund Policy

We provide a complete money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our site. If you are unsatisfied with the product you purchased from us, you can get your money back, no questions asked. You’re eligible for a complete reimbursement within five working days of your purchase. Before a refund is granted, allow us to try and help solve any technical* problem you have by sending a dedicated mail to our support desk. Please give it 24-72 hours for our Support Team to get back to you on your support requests. We do our best to answer your requests a lot faster. There is no “TRIAL” or “GRACE PERIOD” after purchasing any product which means all product sales are final. Once you have purchased the software/tool or any product from ESYsoftware.in, there is no way to “return” it. As such refunds can not be provided. Please note that we don’t take any legal and ownership liability for any “bonus, free, and giveaway” items. Also, we do not guarantee the authenticity of any “bonus, free, or giveaway” items; sometimes they work well, sometimes they don’t. It’s all on you to choose “any” items and products from ESY software with your self-consent. If you want a refund or exchange for any purchased product, then your purchased item has to be unused (as it is); and our refund policy lasts for seven days from the day you purchased the product. If you contact us for a refund after the seventh day, sadly, we can not provide you with a refund or exchange. We can refund if the product we provided you was completely unusable or not technically working on its own side, not from your side [terms applied]. Following the 7-day interval, you may no longer qualify and won’t have the ability to be given a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first week following their purchase to make sure it matches your requirements. Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide “NOT TO USE” the purchased products. We stand behind our products and will assist you in solving any* problem you have, but we also expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing and why. We do not give any refunds: if the “bonus items” or any other free products have any errors or issues; if your device does not supports the “bonus or free items”, make sure we do not give any service support for any bonus or free items. Some offers might include a non-refundable clause. In this case, it will be visible or linked from the offer page.

Refund Exceptions

No refunds are provided for:

  • Requesting a refund for the same product twice.
  • Offers and discounts are valid for future orders only and can’t be used to ask for refunds or partial refunds of existing purchases.

No returns/refunds will be offered for digital products except if the product you’ve purchased is:

  • Completely non-functional

We also reserve the right to refuse a refund in following situations:

  • You have changed your mind about an item/subscription.
  • You bought an item by mistake and the product(s) was sent/already downloaded by you.
  • Product was bought by your employee/relative/children or inmate from your PayPal or any account which he/she had legal access to.
  • You can not install the downloaded product.
  • The product is incompatible with your website/browser, computer or any device.
  • The product does not function as you want
  • The product displays a message about the need to enter a license key or activation
  • You broke your website when installing the product
  • You refused our support staff to provide access to your website/computer/device to investigate our product you are having issue with.

Please also note that:

  • You may cancel the payment process while ordering our product, however, there are no refunds after you successfully purchase our product(s).
  • If the product after update is still damaged, we may offset the amount of your refund by taking the minimum service charge from the amount you paid.
  • Refunds can take up to 7-14 working days to reflect in your account.
